As we saw in our 2023 Year in Review Housing Report, home prices continue to rise across South Florida. The average selling price for a home hit $708,569 by year’s end, an increase of 3.5% compared to 2022.

Here is a list of the most expensive towns in South Florida in 2023:

1. Indian Creek

Placing first on the list is Indian Creek, a private, gated community located on its own island. There were 2 total home sales in 2023, and the average home selling price was $73,500,000.
