Katie helped us to figure out what we needed from our home, where our boundaries were around the things we were willing to compromise, and was both patient and tenacious as we kept on doggedly combing through potential listings. She had a way of summarizing a house space that cut through all of the confusion, and was always honest with us about what she thought were the strengths and weaknesses of a property.
